entahlah kenapa akhir-akhir ini kondisi muka ku jadi jelek sekali mulai dari komedo,jerawat,sampe beruntusan.entah karena cuaca,gak cocok sama produk yang aku pakai,ataupun masih jetlag sama tempat kuliahku.as you know aku ke kampus pakai motor dari brebes ke tegal sekitar 40-60 menit sekitar 25km kurang atau lebih i dunno dan dikampusku itu panasssssnyaaaa pake banget soalnya deket laut (mungkin) ke laut itu tinggal jalan kaki sebentar sampai.can you help me ??? please

yeahhh my bad skin : acne,comedos nomos , kulit wajah menghitam beberapa tingkat sampe temen smaku pas kemarin ketemu kaget,beruntus,kulit jadi kasar.

please help me !!!! i need your help

try to find some acne products and use it as a skin care regimen.,or take Zinc vitamin to help from inside..
do not pop your acne/pimple, it would leave a scar.

some makeup products also make it worse lho..coba yang silicon free deh..

Coba rajin dibersihin sis, jgn lupa pake sunblock. Kalo udh gawat bgt, cobain aja ke dokter/klinik kulit.

haha yes i pop my acne because "gemes" dan berakhir dengan scar.huhuhu my bad.aku udah mulai mengurangi makanan yang goreng-goreng.thnx for your advice :)

Haaai salam kenal :D
Tahun lalu kulitku juga breakout :))
Jadi, aku pengen sharing gimana akhirnya kondisi kulitku membaik (>.<)

Untuk ngobatin jerawat, aku pake vitacid, obat jerawat gitu (^^)
Selain itu, pola makan dan pola tidur bener-bener mesti diperhatikan...
Rutin olahraga, seenggaknya seminggu sekali (download aja video aerobik di youtube banyak hehehe).
Rutin ganti sarung bantal dan jangan sering-sering megang muka, apalagi kalau tangan kita ngga bersih (>.<)
Usahakan rutin minum air putih, perbanyak makan sayur dan buah biar bab lancar. Kalau bab ngga lancar, ampas-ampas pencernaan yang numpuk di usus besar itu bisa bikin kulit kita bermasalah lho :D

Oiya, kalau lagi jerawatan, kulit emang jadi kusam...
Jadi, usahakan ngga pake produk pencerah wajah, jerawatannya disembuhkan dulu. Kalo udah tinggal bekas-bekasnya doang, baru pake produk pencerah untuk memudarkan noda. Soalnya pengalamanku kemaren, jerawatku malah makin parah gara-gara aku pake produk pencerah padahal muka lagi jerawatan :'((
